Short version: we store your e-mail address and your subscription status. Your 3D models never leave your computer. We do not sell anything about you, and there are no ads or trackers.

1 What we store

• Your account: your e-mail address, when you signed up and your language preference.
• Your subscription: its status (trial, active, cancelled…), the trial end and renewal dates, and the card brand and last four digits that Lemon Squeezy reports to us. We never see or store your full card number.
• Technical logs: our hosting and database providers keep short-lived server logs (such as IP address and time of a request) for security and troubleshooting.

2 Your models

The STL files you open, and everything FORMA LABS builds from them, are processed in your browser. They are not uploaded to us. Preferences such as light/dark mode are saved in your browser.

3 Who processes it for us

• Supabase — our accounts database and sign-in system.
• Lemon Squeezy — checkout, payments, tax, receipts and the billing portal. Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record and processes your payment details under its own privacy policy.
• Cloudflare — hosts this website and delivers it to you.
• Resend — delivers our e-mails (sign-in links and the trial reminder).

Some of these providers process data outside your country, including in the United States, under appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

4 E-mail we send

Sign-in links and codes, one reminder before your free trial ends, receipts and billing notices (from Lemon Squeezy), and replies when you write to us. If we ever send product news, it will be rare, about FORMA LABS, and every message will have an unsubscribe link. We never sell or share your address.

5 How long we keep it

We keep your account for as long as you have it. When you ask us to delete it, we delete your account and subscription records within 30 days. Lemon Squeezy keeps payment records for as long as tax law requires.

6 Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct, export or delete the data we hold about you — e-mail . If you are in the EU/EEA or the UK you have these rights under the GDPR, and you can complain to your data-protection authority.

7 Cookies and local storage

We use your browser's local storage to keep you signed in, to remember your preferences (such as dark mode, language and the start screen), and to keep a copy of the app so it opens quickly. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Lemon Squeezy's checkout sets its own cookies when you use it.

8 Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we update this page and tell you in the app or by e-mail before the change applies.
